SHIPPING POLICY
Delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time
We apply a processing time of 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed before 05:00 PM are processed the same day. All products always go through a short processing phase before being shipped.
After processing, the average shipping time is 4–7 business days. In total, you can expect a delivery time of approximately 7–14 business days from the moment your order is placed.
Delays
During periods of unexpected high demand, deliveries may take slightly longer than usual. We do everything we can to process orders as quickly as possible and kindly ask for your understanding in case of delays. Naturally, we will keep you informed and aim to keep any delays to a minimum.
