ORDERING & SHIPPING

The ordering process consists of two parts:

Processing time:
The order is accepted, quality‑checked, and carefully packed. All orders are dispatched within 24 hours after the order is received.

Delivery time:
The delivery time refers to the period required for the goods to reach their destination. Delivery time after processing is 7–14 business days.

FREE Shipping
We cover the shipping costs for every order. All of our products are delivered FREE of charge.

Tracking number
You will receive your tracking number immediately after processing and production are completed. Please allow approximately 1–3 days for the tracking number to become active on the tracking page.

A sustainable environment
We exclusively use environmentally friendly transportation methods to distribute our goods, as we value our beautiful planet. That is why products are shipped directly from the factory to your home. To ensure long‑lasting enjoyment, we strive to minimize environmental impact.

Refused packages and missed deliveries
If the customer refuses the package at the door and/or is not at home during delivery attempts, we may charge up to 50% of the purchase amount as a restocking fee. This fee covers all logistics and return costs associated with the shipment.

Placing an order
The ordering process at Dyvae is designed to be as simple as possible. First, visit the product page and add the desired product to your shopping cart by clicking the black “Add to Cart” button.
It is important to check that you have selected the correct product variants. Once everything is correct, click “Proceed to Checkout.”

On the information page, please enter your correct address details and carefully review all information. Once confirmed, click “Continue to Shipping.”

On the shipping page, you will have the opportunity to review your address details. Please note that all shipping is completely free. As a token of appreciation to our customers, we always cover all shipping and delivery costs. You may then continue by clicking “Proceed to Payment.”

At the payment stage, you can choose from multiple payment methods. At Dyvae, all payment options are SSL‑encrypted, ensuring a secure payment environment at all times. After selecting your preferred payment method, click “Complete Order.” You will be redirected to the chosen payment provider—follow the instructions to finalize your purchase.
