What is the delivery time of my order?
When you order from DYVAE, delivery times may be slightly different than you're used to. Because our products are shipped directly from our suppliers, we can save significantly on storage and transportation costs. This allows us to offer competitive prices for our products.
The average delivery time is 5-10 working days (Mon-Fri, excluding holidays).
What should I do if I haven't received my order?
Due to the high demand for our products, your order may arrive a little later than expected. We appreciate your understanding. If this period has passed and you still haven't received anything, please email us at info@dyvae.com. We will investigate the issue with your package.
I want to exchange/return my order, how do I do that?
To return an item, please contact our customer service at info@dyvae. Enter your name, the order number (e.g., #0000) you received in your confirmation email, and the reason for the return. We will then provide you with the return address and confirm the return. Once that's done, you can send the product to us via a courier of your choice.
How much does it cost to return?
Unfortunately, returns to us are at your own expense. The cost depends on the delivery company you use. More information about prices can be found on the website of the courier company you wish to use.
What are the conditions for returning my products?
There is always a 30-day return policy. The return period begins the day you receive the item. However, there are certain conditions for returns.
You can only return the item if:
● The return period has not yet expired;
● The product is in its original packaging and all labels are still attached;
● The product has not yet been used.
Which payment methods can I use?
